As Partner Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our strategic partnerships by developing and implementing effective enablement programs. You will work closely with our partner ecosystem, including resellers, distributors, and integrators, to empower them with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Were looking for a quarterback, so to speak, to build the partner enablement playbook and execute it across these partners. Each partner is different, but the successful candidate in this position will know how to build once and iterate across the entire partner community as you:Design and implement comprehensive training programs to educate partners on our products, services, and solutions.Develop training materials, including documentation, presentations, and online resources, to facilitate partner learning and enablement.Conduct regular training sessions, webinars, and workshops to ensure partners are equipped with the latest information and best practices.Are you the person were looking for?Enablement expertise.Prior experience in partner, channel, or sales enablement is essential. This includes a proven track record of developing and implementing successful partner programs demonstrated by at least 5 years in a sales enablement role, 3 of which are in a partner enablement role.Extensive experience working with a diverse range of partner types, including global system integrators (GSIs), regional system integrators (RSIs), value-added resellers (VARs), technology hyperscalers, independent software vendors (ISVs), and various other partner categories. Proven ability to tailor enablement strategies to meet the unique needs and dynamics of each partner type, fostering strong relationships and driving mutual success.Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, enterprise software business is a must.Proficiency in utilizing various program formats, including playbooks, learning modules, webinars, experiential exercises, workshops, classroom-based delivery, and product demonstrations.Experience in measuring activity metrics to gauge success.Collaborative approach to providing reporting and analytics to sales leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.A metrics-driven approach to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with partners, both at the strategic and operational levels.Effective verbal and written communication skills for delivering training sessions, creating documentation, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.Proven ability to identify, deliver and prioritize sales-focused enablement needs, covering onboarding, sales methodology, assessments, kick-offs, and ongoing strategies.Driven and well organized .
