Gerkin Windows Doors is Hiring a MANUFACTURING LEAD - 1ST SHIFT Near South Sioux, NE
Gerkin Windows and Doors is a company based in South Sioux City, Nebraska and is a top manufacturer of high performance vinyl and aluminum windows as well as storm doors.
We are currently seeking a Lead for our 1st Shift Manufacturing team. This position will be responsible for directing the staff and work processes to ensure the performance of our employees and quality of our products.
A successful candidate will have a manufacturing and/or assembly background in a busy environment. Knowledge of CNC, punch press, automated welding, saws, and other assembly equipment are a plus. Having 3-5 years of lead/supervisory experience is needed.
