Trade Center Management Associates is Hiring a Parking Attendant Near Washington, DC
- Parking Operations: Supervise self-park and valet assist parking and assistance during special events during their shift.
- Customer service and amenities program: Help clients by putting air in their tires, jumpstarts, and moving vehicles to others spaces in the garage as needed.
- Reporting: Reports any accidents, suspected policy violations, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence or matter to the Facility Manager.
- Maintenance and cleaning: Keep their assigned work areas neat and free of debris.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to communicate clearly with clients and staff.
- Familiarity with McGann Parking equipment is helpful.
- Available to work special events and weekends
- This position is represented by a Collective Bargaining Agreement and will need to join the union.
- Physical requirements include having the stamina to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Must be able to efficiently move and park vehicles in tight quarters.
