The Department Manager is responsible for managing their department and co-workers while delivering top notch service to our customers (in addition to many other tasks). Other Essential Requirements
Education
High School or GED equivalent. Completion of NHRA Advanced Course in Hardware Retailing recommended.
Experience
Previous retail management experience preferred. Hardware experience preferred.
Physical Demands
Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.
