CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in a full-time, salaried position to join our team of construction professionals in Chandler, AZ.

Since 1990 we have proudly completed thousands of projects in the advanced technology, manufacturing, industrial, cleanroom, healthcare, education, and general office build-out industries, making us a trusted partner, brand, and employer.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Project Manager facilitates and manages the overall project schedules and financial requirements for assigned projects for success and profitability.
  • Assist with preconstruction efforts i.e. bid packages, trade buyouts and development, execution and management of subcontracts
  • Oversee project execution, field staff and resources, and develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and A/E disciplines.
  • Develop, update and manage overall baseline schedule.
  • Manage and lead all project meetings from preconstruction and construction progress through project completion.
  • Establish QA/QC initiatives and procedures for compliance with specifications
  • Perform cost management and forecasting on a monthly basis
  • Demonstrate and implement Brycon’s IIPP program to establish and maintain safe and injury-free work environment
  • Document and manage construction change process for cost and/or schedule impacts with client.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and/or Construction Management with 5 years of commercial project management experience.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills, along with excellent written and oral talents.
  • Familiar working knowledge of AutoDesk Build (PlanGrid), Microsoft Office Products, and Primavera P6
