Job Description
- Project Manager facilitates and manages the overall project schedules and financial requirements for assigned projects for success and profitability.
- Assist with preconstruction efforts i.e. bid packages, trade buyouts and development, execution and management of subcontracts
- Oversee project execution, field staff and resources, and develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and A/E disciplines.
- Develop, update and manage overall baseline schedule.
- Manage and lead all project meetings from preconstruction and construction progress through project completion.
- Establish QA/QC initiatives and procedures for compliance with specifications
- Perform cost management and forecasting on a monthly basis
- Demonstrate and implement Brycon’s IIPP program to establish and maintain safe and injury-free work environment
- Document and manage construction change process for cost and/or schedule impacts with client.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and/or Construction Management with 5 years of commercial project management experience.
- Strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills, along with excellent written and oral talents.
- Familiar working knowledge of AutoDesk Build (PlanGrid), Microsoft Office Products, and Primavera P6
