Processing Manager Responsibilities
- Reviewing current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification, and develop and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor the progress of team members day-to-day performance, ensures processing department goals are met
- Assisting the Processing Manager with projects and department goals
- Enforce MSI's policies and procedures
- Coaching and developing Processors and File Clerks. Create an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Assist with training and development
- Monitor and assess performance of individuals
- Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities, Keeping the daily backlog from falling behind
- Delegating task to team members, assigning workload, Auditing team members
- Verifying the accuracy of data entered into systems, and implement quality control measures to maintain high data quality standards
- Working overtime and weekends as needed to achieve department goals
- Inventory management and communicate needs of office supplies for the Processing department
- Keep record of customer interaction within MSI's C.R.M
- Some proven working experience as a processor
- Expertise in providing operational support
- Great understanding of management methods and techniques
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Recognition of industry's latest technology trends and applications
- Capacity to think strategically and to lead
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skill
- Attention to detail
- Pay: Depends Upon Experience
