Purpose Responsible for leading cross-functional projects while ensuring coordination between multiple departments
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage the full project life cycle for projects across different departments including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, communication, and issue resolution
Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, including definition of tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
Track project progress and performance across departments to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Manage project budget and coordinate allocation of shared resources between departments
Anticipate and mitigate project risks, conflicts, dependencies, and changes that affect multiple groups
Lead project governance model across departments, including steering committees and stakeholder reviews
Provide clear and transparent project reporting and dashboard updates to leadership and stakeholders
Drive change management activities associated with projects to gain buy-in across departments
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in project delivery approaches
Qualifications and Education Requirements Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating complex dependencies
Excellent relationship management and influence skills
Strong communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills
Proficiency using Smartsheet project management tools and Tableau Software
3 years of PM experience
Exposure/communication with Executives
Preferred Skills PMP Certified
Insurance experience
Call Center experience
