Position Overview:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Manager to oversee our electrical projects and ensure the successful execution of each assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, possess relevant certifications, and demonstrate proven management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, safety, and efficiency.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all electrical work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee the highest standard of workmanship.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
