Omega Medical Imaging is Hiring an Electrical Assembler (05/2024) Near Sanford, FL
- Proficient in soldering techniques to assemble electrical components securely and efficiently.
- Ability to perform electrical wiring tasks accurately – following specifications and safety guidelines.
- Skilled in using crimpers to terminate wires and connectors effectively, ensuring proper connections.
- Capable of interpreting and understanding electrical schematics and drawings to assemble components correctly.
- Competent in utilizing basic tools such as multimeters, screwdrivers, and wrenches for assembly and troubleshooting tasks.
- Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the assembly process, ensuring products meet specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines effectively.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during the assembly process, implementing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Reliable teammate that can adhere to the normal work schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Assembler or similar role in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Strong proficiency in soldering, electrical wiring, crimping, and reading of schematics & drawings. Candidates will be asked to successfully demonstrate those skills.
- Expertise in using basic tools including multimeters, screwdrivers, and wrenches.
- Diligence and commitment to producing high quality work.
- Outstanding critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Integrity and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to electrical assembly work.
- Ability to work efficiently on a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
