The ideal candidate will possess expertise in soldering, electrical wiring, crimping, reading schematics and drawings, as well as proficiency in using basic tools such as multimeters, screwdrivers, and wrenches. You will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of electrical components, ensuring quality and efficiency in every task.Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficient in soldering techniques to assemble electrical components securely and efficiently.
  • Ability to perform electrical wiring tasks accurately – following specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Skilled in using crimpers to terminate wires and connectors effectively, ensuring proper connections.
  • Capable of interpreting and understanding electrical schematics and drawings to assemble components correctly.
  • Competent in utilizing basic tools such as multimeters, screwdrivers, and wrenches for assembly and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the assembly process, ensuring products meet specifications and safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines effectively.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues during the assembly process, implementing solutions to ensure smooth operations.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Reliable teammate that can adhere to the normal work schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Assembler or similar role in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Strong proficiency in soldering, electrical wiring, crimping, and reading of schematics & drawings. Candidates will be asked to successfully demonstrate those skills.
  • Expertise in using basic tools including multimeters, screwdrivers, and wrenches.
  • Diligence and commitment to producing high quality work.
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
  • Integrity and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to electrical assembly work.
  • Ability to work efficiently on a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
