Duties:

- Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Upsell additional food items or promotions to customers
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Skills:

- Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred
- Strong math skills for cash handling and sales transactions
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle money accurately
- Knowledge of basic retail math for inventory management and pricing calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
