Compensation:

$210,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader at BricksFolios.com, your job responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting and retaining producing agents: Your primary focus will be on building a high-performing team by recruiting top-producing agents who align with BricksFolios' vision and values. You will utilize your networking skills and industry knowledge to attract talented professionals and provide them with the support and leadership they need to thrive.
  • Providing leadership and guidance: As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team, helping them set and achieve their income goals. You will leverage your expertise to provide strategic guidance, assist with deal negotiations, and offer solutions to overcome challenges. Your leadership will create a collaborative and motivating environment for your team to excel.
  • Utilizing BricksFolios’ resources: You will leverage the resources and tools provided by BricksFolios to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and drive results. This includes utilizing our proprietary residential real estate wealth platform's features, accessing real-time market insights, and leveraging our comprehensive suite of white glove services to support your team's success.
Qualifications:
  • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards
  • Prior sales experience is extremely important
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor
  • Strong ability to lead a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • WA Real Estate Broker license
  • A proven record of Real Estate sales experience and success is must
  • Presently producing on own
