Job Summary:

We are on the lookout for the perfect Production Intern for the Summer. To be clear, this is a back-office production internship. As a Production Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our production and post-production teams by assisting with various administrative and behind-the-scenes production-related tasks. You’ll gain valuable exposure to the entire video production process, from pre-production through post.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with project organization (i.e. call sheets, schedules, and production binders)
• Manage and transcribe footage and audio recordings
• Assist with copyright and licensing organization for talent, music and footage
• Maintain and organize production spreadsheets and templates
• Assist in organizing expense reports
• General office tasks and on-set production assistant tasks
• Running errands, getting coffee, etc. (no errand or task is too small for the Production Intern)

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and passion for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the Google Suite (i.e. Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Basic understanding of video production terminology and roles
• Passion for video and a desire to learn about the industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges

Mandates:

• This is an in-office internship 
• We are looking mostly for Chattanooga applicants, but we will consider out-of-town applicants as well. Travel and/or living stipends are not included
• We are very flexible about start and end dates, but this is a full-time position (40 hours per week)
