Intero Chiropractic is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Strategist & Video Editor to join our team. This role is crucial for transforming raw chiropractic video footage into compelling content for our social media channels, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate is not just a video editor but a versatile content creator who understands the nuances of engaging an audience through organic and paid advertisements. Your goal will be to increase our digital footprint, engage with our audience effectively, and drive measurable growth through innovative content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Editing: Transform raw video footage into captivating social media posts and ads. Create content that is tailored for the specific nuances of each social media platform, with a special focus on engaging storytelling that highlights before and after chiropractic transformations.
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies for organic growth and paid advertising campaigns across all our main social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates to adapt strategies as necessary.
• Audience Engagement: Foster a strong community by engaging with our audience through comments, messages, and interactive content. Utilize feedback to refine content strategies and improve audience satisfaction.
• Analytics & Reporting: Utilize YouTube analytics and other social media insights to track performance, understand audience behavior, and measure the success of content strategies. Perform A/B testing with creatives to optimize engagement and retention.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze retention graphs and other relevant metrics to iterate and refine content continuously until desired outcomes are achieved. Share insights and progress with the team to inform broader marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video editing, social media content creation, and digital marketing. Experience in the health or wellness industry, especially with chiropractic content, is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software and social media management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze social media metrics, perform A/B tests, and understand analytics for platforms such as YouTube.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
