We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and professional Client Concierge to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role in our client's experience while in our coaching program. You will be responsible for answering customer requests via phone, email, chats and other messaging platforms as well as scheduling and conducting Zoom check-in calls with assigned customers. You will also help lead and support a few live group coaching calls per week with a focus on helping clients see results and stay consistent and active within the Mortgage Marketing Animals Program.
