Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care
- Create a safe and supportive environment for individuals in need of respite care
- Engage in recreational activities and provide companionship
- Maintain a clean and organized living space
- Assist with transportation to appointments or outings

Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred
- Experience in nursing, caregiving, or childcare is a plus
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols is beneficial
- Ability to handle heavy lifting may be required in certain situations
