Description

The Youth Service Provider covers several services in the community based on the individual’s needs. The primary service of this is position is to provide skill building components to enhance the child’s functioning in the home, school and community settings. The services are goal-directed supports and solution-focused interventions intended to address challenges associated with a behavioral health need. Services are provided in the home and community.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

Required: High School Diploma/GED and two years’ experience in children’s mental health, addiction, foster care, or related human service field. Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or in related human service field preferred. 

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

Must maintain valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Must maintain certification in CPR and First Aid.
