You have...

• At least two years of relevant work experience
• Ability to fully engage with patients, and respond thoughtfully to their concerns, questions, and emotions

During a typical day...

• Consult/fit patients with hearing aids that best fit their lifestyle
• Educate patients on proper use and/or other hearing accessories
• Guide patients through app installation and pairing hearing aids through Bluetooth
• Remotely tune devices
• Provide appropriate aftercare to ensure the highest standard of patient care
