At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

Join our fast-growing team at GoDaddy Commerce, as Director of Product Management, Experiences where you'll drive the strategy and execution of Commerce experiences to power SMBs with seamless commerce solutions.

What you'll get to do...

• Craft and implement a comprehensive product strategy that delivers seamless and delightful commerce experiences across smart terminals, mobile, and web platforms for SMBs
• Take the helm in developing Point of Sale (POS) applications that enable SMBs to manage orders, inventory, and track their sales
• Lead the charge in creating consistent customer experiences across all stages of SMB engagement, from setup to habitual use. You’ll be the cornerstone for building foundational components like roles and permissions, and work alongside product leads to introduce new features while boosting NPS, MAU, and DAU metrics
• Guide and nurture a team of product managers, instilling a culture brimming with innovative thinking, experimentation, and perpetual enhancement
• Work in tandem with cross-disciplinary teams including Design, Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, and Customer Support to align product goals with broader business objectives
• Leverage data metrics and analytics to steer product development, ensuring customer needs and business aims are in sync

Your experience should include...

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in crafting user experiences, with a demonstrated track record of enhancing user engagement, retention, and monetization
• A zeal for decoding customer needs and delivering solutions through exceptional design and problem-solving skills. The capability to distill complex requirements into effective user journeys
• Proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making, using tools like Mixpanel, Tableau, Looker, Full Story, Elastic Search databases, and SQL
• Strong engineering acumen with a firm grasp on new technologies and a collaborative approach to technical challenges
• Outstanding organizational and communication prowess, with a keen eye for detail
• Analytical skills that include the ability to discern the importance of data, and to clearly and concisely communicate both verbally and in writing

• Payments and SMB Commerce experience is a big plus.
