As a Quick Lane Advisor, You Will:

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and perform walk through on vehicles
• Customer Communication: Let customers know wait times, communicate the nature of the mechanical issues, provide estimates of labor and parts; contact customers for approval of services

• Keep service manager informed of all problems and potential problems involving repairs and equipment
• Deliver vehicle to customer and explain service performed and answer any questions
• Refer any leads and prospects to sales departments

What You Bring:

• At least 18 with a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Preferred to have 2 years of customer service experience
