Lincotek Medical is Hiring a Production Operator Near Molalla, OR
Lincotek Medical is looking for a Production Associate to join our team. The person hired for this position will be trained to provide manufacturing support in all departments and ensure quality, efficiency, and timeliness output. They will become a highly cross trained operator with the ability to switch departments as needed to ensure steady production output by department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the Major Responsibilities included the following Job descriptions:
- Able to perform all activities related to the following job descriptions.
- Wax molder
- Wax assembler
- Investing technician
- Casting Melter/technician
- Backend operator
- Straightening technician
- Visual Inspection
- Dimensional inspection
- Finishing area operator
- Works overtime as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED. Experience preferred in any area listed above, but not required. Full training will be supplied, as necessary.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret, operating instructions, work instructions, customer supplied procedures, and routers.
- Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret technique cards and or technical instructions.
