Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a particular emphasis on Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce platform development, including experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using LWC technology.

Responsibilites:

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) in alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Architect and optimize Salesforce solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies, and proactively apply them to enhance existing solutions and drive innovation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs, and provide recommendations for Salesforce enhancements and optimizations.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, including Salesforce Lightning Framework, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, etc.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Familiarity with C# programming language is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
