THE ROLE The Post-Graduate Clinical Fellow position focuses on building clinical skills and helping new therapists' find their clinical voice. The Fellow will have opportunities to provide individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy. Learning opportunities include weekly didactic courses, clinical staffing, individual supervision, as well as hands on opportunities to observe and practice. The Fellow is thought of as a practitioner-scholar and is expected to be an ambassador for the agency. Their work will reflect our high standards for clinical practice, our connection to the local community, and our commitment to ongoing education and training.
