Job description:

Responsible for preparing drawings to be used for approval and construction and fabrication drawings for residential concrete foundations.

• Use Computer Aided Design and Drafting system to prepare drawings.
• Prepare set of drawings for field support.
• Revise drawing by incorporating mark ups.
• Draft technical detail with dimensions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Competencies:

• Proficient in Computer Aided Design and Drafting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
