Parking Concepts, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full time Maintenance/Janitorial position in the El Segundo, CA area.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Pay rate: $18.00 hourly

 Essential Job Functions:

• Regular maintenance of location and if any maintenance problems should abruptly arise, they are to be handled immediately.
• Walk to entire garage, sweep and pick up all garbage from floors.
• Empty trash cans from every floor.
• Clean office and restroom.
• Mop elevators
• Maintain, repair, clean, dust, and mop the building grounds.
• Maintain equipment clean and clear of dust.
• Remove graffiti when needed.
• Accurately record all completed tasks.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must be able to follow schedule and checklist closely, but stay flexible when needed.
• Must be punctual, thorough and have a great work ethic.
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
