Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Automotive Detail Specialist at Al West Nissan, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine appearance of our vehicles and upholding our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advanced Vehicle Detailing: Utilize your formal background in detailing to perform advanced cleaning, waxing, and polishing techniques on both new and pre-owned vehicles. Ensure all surfaces are meticulously cleaned and restored to showroom quality.
• Interior Detailing: Apply your expertise in interior detailing to thoroughly clean and rejuvenate vehicle interiors, including carpets, upholstery, dashboard, and other surfaces. Utilize specialized cleaning agents and techniques to remove stains and odors effectively.
• Protective Treatments: Apply protective coatings and treatments to vehicles to enhance their appearance and protect them from environmental damage. Ensure vehicles are adequately protected against factors such as UV rays, dirt, and moisture.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles for defects, damages, or imperfections, promptly reporting any issues to management for resolution. Maintain a keen eye for detail and uphold our standards of excellence at all times.
• Departmental Maintenance: Take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Detail Department, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and supplies are readily available for use.
• Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with team members and management to optimize workflow, address customer inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of the dealership. Assist with other tasks and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Formal background in automotive detailing, with demonstrable experience in advanced detailing techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive cleaning products, treatments, and detailing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record within the last 5 years.
