Shift : Monday – Friday, core hours 8:30am-5:00pm
Location : On-site

Job Summary :
At Silencer Central, we believe that Customers Integrity = Winning. The Manager, Application Support and Implementation role will be responsible to oversee the technical aspects of our ERP system (NetSuite), ensuring smooth operation, effective support, and successful implementation of enhancements and upgrades. In addition, this position will serve as the primary contact point for Silencer Central’s technical implementation team for external partnerships. You will be responsible for successful implementations and transition into support state in a rapidly growing company. Extensive experience with industry standard concepts, practices, implementation, and project management is required.

Essential Functions :

  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for application support, primarily the NetSuite ERP solution, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the application support team, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders, to ensure the effective delivery and support of applications.
  • Develop and implement best practices, processes, and procedures for application support, incident management, and service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze application performance and usage metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Lead the planning and execution of ERP system upgrades, patches, and migrations, coordinating with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business users to ensure successful implementation and minimal downtime.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on application support issues, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to application support and IT service management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors required; Master's degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in ERP application support (preferably NetSuite) and implementation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing teams of IT professionals required.
  • Strong technical expertise in application support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, and familiarity with ITSM tools.
  • Proven experience leading successful ERP implementations and migrations in a complex business environment.
  • Positive attitude with desire to learn and solve problems as they arise.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, departmental, and corporate goals.
  • Critical thinking ability - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Ability to monitor and assess performance of self, team members and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, drive results, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $100,000.00 - $128,000.00 DOE. Silencer Central offers a competitive total compensation package that includes:
