We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated professional to lead our admin team at our new dental office in Wahpeton, ND. Are you ambitious and passionate about dental administration? Are you a dental office administrator who values your work-life balance, and enjoys being on a small team that delivers exceptional patient care? With a 4-day work week (Mondays through Thursdays), this opportunity allows for three-day weekends to be enjoyed consistently. We are seeking an experienced Lead Front Office Administrator that will be responsible for collecting, posting and managing patient accounts in addition to front office administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
QUALIFICATIONS : Two-year college degree preferred but not required. Minimum 5 years of experience in dental accounts receivable/collections preferred, including experience in data entry, dental claims processing, and front-end office administration. Proficient in EagleSoft and or cloud practice management software.
