The Team
The HR department in North America consists of 20 people. We have specialist teams in Recruitment, Learning and Development, and Reward. The HR department are based in offices across North America, working as one team to deliver a holistic service to our fee earning and business services groups.
The Role
You will be joining the team at an exciting stage in our HR transformation with significant investment in our Employee Branding, Employee Value Proposition, Systems and tools to support direct sourcing Systems and tools. As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you would be working alongside our team of recruitment advisors to attract and identify talent. This position will support business services (finance, IT, risk, business development, HR and legal support) and our fee-earning legal practice groups (lawyers, paralegals & legal executives into our various different lines of insurance).
