Our client is looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to join their team in Alpharetta, Georgia. The individual will focus on provide research support to the client - a global investment bank. The analyst will work as an extension of the client's team. The professional main responsibilities will be structuring work products based on pitch / deal requirement in consultation with bankers.
Responsibilities:
•Performing comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, industry research,
company / M&A screening, and newsletter preparation.
•Preparing pitch books, CIMs, industry overview, detailed company profiles, management
biographies, brokers' outlook, share price performance, evolution of industry / peers valuation
multiples, and buyer/seller screening.
•Basic knowledge of financial statement analysis, valuation, and modelling skills.
•Supporting senior members in delivering the assigned projects.
•Ability to work independently and efficiently on standard projects and deliver error free work to
the Bankers.
•Assist in creating and maintaining / updating databases on a timely basis
Requirements:
•We are seeking entry level candidates or candidates with 0-3 years of experience
•MBA(Finance), CPA, Master of Accounting or Bachelor with major in Finance and Accounting.
•Accounting and financial knowledge, with advanced knowledge of MS Office
