THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY This individual answers direct to the office manager. •Responsible for securing job permits for projects •Orders office supplies and occasional runs errands •Handles credit card payments for recycling facility •Responsible for securing appropriate business licenses and insuring they are kept up to date •Collects credit card receipts from field employees •Responsible for DMV renewals and registrations •Data Entry •Answers phone, greets and welcomes visitors. •Assist customers with opening new accounts. •Work with the estimator to set up new projects in our business management system. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, especially WORD and Excel
Data Entry skills
Good oral and written communication
