Kohl Wholesale is Hiring a Returns Specialist Near Quincy, IL
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process returns by determining the reason for the return. Clean and re-package sellable product
to return to stock. Substitute item returns. Process special order and dispenser program returns.
Create sticker sheets to keep track of product returns. Process and sort paperwork from drivers and
forward to appropriate departments. Assist in other tasks as needed.
HOURS: 10:00a.m.- 6:30p.m. Monday - Friday
REQUIREMENTS:
•High school diploma required.
•Ablility to think critically and solve problems.
•Physical strength necessary to lift 60 lbs or more continuously.
•Ability to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
•Previous food service experience preferred.
