** Order Fulfillment Manager**

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Oversee the coordination of product, processes and staff to ensure our product is delivered timely and most cost effective. Position will require a keen eye for process/quality control, inventory exposure, employee development and systems expertise.

* Lead and motivate fulfillment center staff including full-time and temporary labor (three (3) shifts). Responsible for creating a production plan for each shift and ensuring all goals and objectives are met for each shift.

* Plan and schedule product distribution receiving, storing, shipping, returns, etc.

* Ideate and implement action plans that improve operational processes/procedures and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

* Represent the Operations team on all ERP and WMS systems upgrades/issues and troubleshoot for every operational area.

* Lead daily meetings with the team to get feedback and report production numbers to the Director of Operations

* Communicate with Sales for forecasting of order volume

* Collaborate with Inventory Control Team on inventory issues, concerns, and ideas

* Organize warehouse space to operate safely and most efficiently

* Abide by all company policies and safety rules

* Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize production procedures

* Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Warehouse: 5 years (Preferred)

* 5 years experience in WMS systems

* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

* Experience managing a minimum of 20 employees

* Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment (1 yr experience)

* Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take initiative

* Willingness to be cross trained in all departments

* Experience utilizing Rf gun device

**REQUIREMENTS**

* High school diploma required; 4 year degree preferred

* Frequent standing.

* Provide training & development to leads and employees

* Be prepared to coach and document issues on the floor with the team

* Open to working with limited advanced notice and weekend shifts when needed
