File Clerk/Customer Service position - This role is located in Phoenix, AZ 85012
Position Type: 6 month assignment to start (potential to extend/convert)
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour W2
M-F, 40 hours per week; 8-4:30PM
o Responsible for processing filings and document orders with state government agencies.
o Reviews and fulfills incoming document requests
o Work closely with internal and external customers to provide excellent service and immediate responses to inquiries.
o Field incoming questions or issues regarding products and services the organization provides
o Participates in department-wide process improvement programs and process best practice
Qualifications/preferred skills:
o Preferred experience (office support, customer service or file processing)
o Comfortable using computers and basic MS Office
o High School Diploma/equivalent is required
