Typical Cases Seen: Chronic pain management patient; typically referred from primary care or orthopedics.
Procedures: Provider will need to be able to provide documentation that he/she is competent in surgical interventions (radiofrequency ablations, steroid injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulators)
Requirements Notes: Anesthesia or neurology training. Fellowship trained for interventional pain
