Job Description:
The position is for US Immigration team handling Extension, amendment and I-9 process for expats travelling from India to the USA and within USA.
Responsibilities:
- Handling emails and calls from customers (associate and attorneys) regarding their inquiries.
- Analyze the error in documentation and provide the proper guidance to associates
- Maintaining the records of associate s details
- Perform Data entry of the immigration related documents
- Review the documents and initiate the application with attorneys
- Prepare and update documents including emails, reports, and drafts
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including opening the
- Initiating I-9 verification for the new joiners
- Performing I-9 duties and re-verification
