Purvis Industries is seeking a talented and experiencedMid-Level System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The following is a list of job duties for the Mid Level Systemadministrator position. These responsibilities and physicalrequirements include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Manage and maintain our all-Microsoft shop infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Citrix XenApps: Oversee Citrix XenApps environment, ensuring seamless application delivery to end-users.
• Virtualization: Manage VMware environments, including virtual servers and desktops.
• Networking: Administer Meraki networking solutions and Zscaler security services.
• Security: Experience with Artic Wolf and Sentinel 1 EDR is a plus.
• Database: Handle SQL database administration tasks.
• Epicor Profit 21: Experience with Epicor Profit 21 is highly desirable.
• Distribution Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with distribution industry systems and processes is advantageous.
• Help Desk Support: Utilize Kaseya VSA and Vorex for efficient help desk support.
• Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with Citrix XenApps, VMware, Meraki, Zscaler, Artic Wolf, Epicor Prophet 21, and SQL administrations is preferred.
• Sentinel 1 EDR experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with the distribution industry is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
