About the role:

As an IT Sales Account Manager with our client, you'll be at the forefront of their mission, managing and expanding relationships with their esteemed government clients. From identifying new business opportunities to exceeding sales targets, you'll be the driving force behind our continued success. Collaborate closely with our internal teams to deliver customized solutions that keep their clients coming back for more.
What you will be doing:
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing government clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government sector, leveraging your sales acumen and market expertise.
  • Conduct cold calls and warm calls to potential clients, showcasing our products and services through engaging presentations and demos.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes to clients, outlining customized solutions to meet their specific needs and budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions, exceeding client expectations at every turn.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes.
What we want to see:
  • 1 year experience in account management and/or sales
  • Communication, negotiation, and closing skills are second to none.
  • You've got a knack for problem-solving and making savvy decisions under pressure.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships is your bread and butter.
  • Bonus points if you've got prior experience in the government sector.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
