Non-Profit Grant WriterWe are a dynamic and rapidly growing organization dedicated to committed to fostering positive change within our community and beyond, striving towards a more equitable and sustainable future.Responsibilities:As a Grant Writer you will play a crucial role in securing funding to support our mission-driven initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:- Researching and presenting potential funding sources, both public, private and governments.- Identifying budget requisitions and specifications necessary for grant applications.- Writing and developing compelling grant applications and proposals.- Conducting daily activities such as researching public and private sources for potential grants, submitting letters of inquiry, and keeping track of budgeting and key dates/deadlines.- Coordinating with appropriate team members and providing regular updates on grant-related activities.Qualifications- Excellent written and oral communication skills.- Demonstrated experience with non-profit and federal grant writing and proposals.- Ability to effectively communicate findings or concerns with the team.- Excels in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.- Ability to work remotely up to 100% of the time.- Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.We are an Equal Employment Opportunity employer, providing equal opportunity to all employees and applicants regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, disability, or veteran status (M/F/D/V).
