Job Description
We are seeking Accounting Support for our accountant's office
Responsibilities:
- Data entry, including bank statements and credit card reconciliation
- Payroll support for clients, including calculating and issuing net checks
- Preparing payroll forms including Form 941, Form 940, NYS-45, etc.
- Preparing and issuing Forms 1099
- Perform all other office tasks, including answering telephone calls, scan documents, light filing
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Russian language preferred
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
