Position Overview for the Marketing Campaign Analyst:

• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and marketing teams to develop, execute, and refine multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Define campaign requirements, create targeted segments, and establish key performance metrics.
• Set pre-campaign analytics objectives, develop audiences, and manage targeting efforts.
• Design, coordinate, and schedule multi-channel campaigns while maintaining the marketing calendar.

Required Skills for the Marketing Campaign Analyst:

• 3 years of marketing campaign management or related field experience.
• Proficiency in analyzing large data sets, including structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with digital experience platform technologies (e.g., Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce) and marketing tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated ability in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau, Denodo, and/or Power BI.
• Experience with next best action, customer lifetime value, or churn prediction models.
• Willingness to occasionally travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
