Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position.

· Work outside in all weather conditions

· Operates various types of Town equipment

· Electrical knowledge is a plus

· Repairs, replaces and installs signs

· Receives work orders for various city-wide maintenance projects

· Maintains, repairs and services equipment

· Clean, repair, paint streets

· Able to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis

· Available for On-call shifts

· Must be willing to get certificates for water and waste water within a year

Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Previous maintenance experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.32 per hour
