West County Heating & Air
is hiring for a full-time HVAC Installation Team Member- Commercial & Residential to perform quality installations on new construction, retrofit, and tenant improvement projects.
This position comes with a competitive $35 / hr depending on certifications and experience.
We also provide excellent benefits such as 3 days PTO accrued after 90 days, 5 vacation days accrued after 1 year of service, medical, dental, and paid training.

We are proud to provide quality services that keep our customers comfortable. For more than 25 years, we have been providing quality heating and air conditioning installation and repair services throughout the area.
HVAC INSTALLATION TECH / COMMERCIAL INSTALLER QUALIFICATIONS
8 Years of Residential installation OR
4 years of Commercial installation- including sheet metal duct installation and fabrication
Ability to read blueprints and follow plans
Verifiable experience in the HVAC industry
Relevant education and certifications
Previous experience with residential installs
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
