ATI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Hotel Server to join our team. The Hotel Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to hotel guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. This role ensures a positive dining experience for guests by taking orders, serving meals, and attending to their needs while adhering to all hotel policies, health, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve meals and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Attend to guest requests and special needs promptly and professionally.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
• Provide recommendations and suggestions to guests based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, and linens prior to guest seating.
• Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned efficiently after guests depart.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including assisting with side work and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Process guest payments accurately using POS systems, handling cash, credit cards, and room charges.
• Ensure all transactions are processed in compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
• Assist colleagues in providing excellent guest service during peak times or as needed.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following proper food handling and hygiene standards.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required by management.

Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hand and arms, talk to hear, and lift objects up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
