Job Summary
Plan, conduct, support, and report on Quality Management System activities including internal audits, processes, materials and products at assigned business units to assure compliance to TS164949, ISO 9001:2000, and ISO14000.
Job Responsibilities

• Maintain, review and revise quality system documentation, which includes: Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, Customer Specifications, and other like documentation, to assure compliance to standards.
• Responsible for the distribution and communication of changes in Quality Manual and Quality Procedures.
• Lead contact and company representative for external audits.
• Coordinate, track and report internal and external corrective actions. Schedule problem-solving activities and may provide technical and problem solving support for creating visual standards and limit samples.
• Conduct training on applicable quality assurance systems and requirements such as procedures, documentation and methods for inspection to both visual and mechanical standards.
• Track and report on key quality metrics and issue reports for Quality Reviews as requested by management.
• Maintain system for internal and customer part or process deviation requests.
• Support quality system improvements for ease of use and to streamline processes, internal / external system audits, RMA system, and other like systems and reports.
• Document data obtained during all quality activities consistent with company policies and procedures.
