The Private Client Associate's primary responsibility is to provide personalized service to our Private Wealth clients for their day to day needs. The Private Client Associate has a passion for providing exceptional banking service to clients.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Onboarding new client relationships, new account applications, and meeting AML requirements
• Supporting client requests related to all aspects of the relationship with Citizens (Investments & Banking)
• Ensuring all clients are contacted on a recurring basis to ensure that they receive the highest level of service. Logging all activities into CRM system (Salesforce)
• Working along with the team's advisors and specialized team members to resolve daily client needs
• Providing resources to advisors for the sales process, development of pitch books, performance books, and other client and prospect needs
• Expanding client relationships through delivery of the broad set of the banks services and capabilities.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
• Experience working in a Private Wealth or Private Bank division of a bank
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Focus on details and accuracy
• Tech Savvy and able to work on many systems simultaneously
• 3 years of experience in Private Banking and/or Investments preferred

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Ideal candidates include those who have previous experience working in a Private Wealth or Private Bank division of a bank or have worked several years within a banking branch network and is very familiar with banking solutions.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $33 - $45 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
