About this Role:

As a Correspondence Analyst, you will operate within a collaborative team environment to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with a specific focus on correspondence management. This role serves as a vital liaison between technical and business professionals, supporting the design and testing of applications developed to meet business needs. In addition to technical responsibilities, the Senior Correspondence Analyst mentors junior team members to foster their professional growth. The role requires a candidate with a bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the translation of business requirements into technical solutions for correspondence management, working closely with team members to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Serve as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance, support, and expertise to foster their professional development.

Act as a liaison between technical and business professionals, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the correspondence management process.

Support the design and testing of applications related to correspondence management, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to technical standards.

Employ maintenance strategies and utilize library management tools to ensure the ongoing efficiency and functionality of correspondence systems.

Utilize programming languages and technical tools as needed to develop and maintain correspondence solutions.

Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to correspondence systems, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to correspondence management and technical solutions.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the goals and objectives of the team and organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.

Minimum of four years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated understanding of translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering their professional growth.

Proficiency in programming languages and technical tools relevant to correspondence management and application development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in work output.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Must be willing to obtain a public trust clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen
