Requirements
- Federal court clerk experience
- California bar license, or immediate eligibility
- 6-8 years of litigation experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of civil procedure
- Expertise in complex business disputes
- Court experience is critical
- Skills in fact investigation, motion and brief drafting
- Proficient in managing complex e-discovery
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills

- Salary Range: $230,000 - $315,000 per year
