**Job Overview:**
WE CARE Ministries is seeking a mission-minded individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various sales and customer service tasks, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
**Duties:**
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Sort donations appropriately
- Price items accordingly
- Maintain stock levels and organize merchandise displays
- Assist with technical sales inquiries and provide relevant information
- Handle customers' and clients' inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
**Requirements:**
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales processes efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills to address customer needs effectively
- Experience in product demonstrations and explaining product features is a plus
- Prior sales experience or willingness to learn sales techniques
- Fluency in English for effective communication with customers and team members
- Ability to handle stock management tasks effectively
