Hardware Support Technician
We are currently seeking a L2 Hardware Support Technician to be engaged on site at a Major Financial Institution in New Castle, DE
Job Description:
- Install PC hardware onsite including laptops, desktops, docking Stations, dual monitors, and peripherals.
- Disconnect and reconnect PCS as instructed
- Unbox and handle all PC equipment with care
- Trash removal
- PC monitor assembly and installation
Qualifications:
- A Certification
- Customer Service Experience
- Corporate environment exp.
- Knowledge of: Break fix hardware support, IT equipment installations and de-installations
- Desktop Support experience
- No more than 2-3 years IT experience
Duration:4 Months
