Table Games Manager
As a Table Games Manager, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the table games department, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for our patrons.

Supervise and lead table games staff during assigned shifts while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies.
Monitor table game activity to maintain smooth operations.
Collaborate with the Table Games Pit Manager to optimize pit layouts and game offerings.
Implement and enforce security and safety protocols.
Manage challenging situations with grace and composure.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Table Games Manager or in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of casino table games, rules, and regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of gaming industry trends and innovations
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
